44 Attorneys General Beg Facebook to Halt Creation of Instagram for Children Under 13

44 Attorneys General have sent a letter to Facebook’s CEO begging him to halt the creation of Instagram for children under 13. “Social networking sites create issues for teenagers. There’s risk to their personal safety. There’s cyberbullying. There’s social anxiety. It’s bad enough in our middle and high schools, we do not need this in our elementary schools.” – North Carolina Attorney General, Josh Stein.
