A Chicago mother fears her elementary school student going back to school in-person after being harassed by cyberbullies during virtual learning. In this case, the child received hateful messages in the chat and his screen name was changed, but the school does not know how this is happening. It goes without saying that virtual learning platforms should be safe for all students.
